TTI has been using the janitorial services of Key People for the last several years.

The oversight provided by Ms. Barbara Horner and Mr. Steve Kish has been outstanding. When we needed assistance beyond the scope of our agreement, they have been most helpful in securing those services on our behalf.

The office is always cleaned to our satisfaction and when we are expecting a visit from our Headquarters, even greater attention is paid to every detail. Cleaning includes the general office area, kitchen and restrooms.

Mr. Bill Rhodes has been the person we have dealt with on-site and his work is exemplary. He is eager and happy to accommodate our needs and is a very courteous individual.

I am happy to recommend Key People for any of your janitorial needs.

To The Key People,

I would like to share a very important incident with you because The Key People had only cleaned our office building for the 3^rd time when this happened. It is rare to receive a sincere thank you from a customer especially in the customer service industry. Most times, all we receive are complaints. I felt it necessary to share with you something that just recently happened in our office in which I am very thankful for.

This email goes out to the crew that cleans Optimum Networking’s office. On Saturday December 18^th, a man entered our building and was questioned by the cleaning crew with questions such as, who are you, do you work here, are you supposed to be in the building? The man responded by saying yes and giving his name and title. The cleaning crew said they would have to call their supervisor to make sure he was truly supposed to be in our office. The man stated that if he showed them his business card, would that prevent them from calling their supervisor. The man showed the crew his business card and all was fine.

Here’s the best part, the man they stopped and questioned was one of the business owners. He was very surprised and appreciative for the cleaning crew questioning him and stating they would have to call their supervisor to verify he was actually an employee with Optimum Networking and allowed to be in the building on the weekend.

I would like you to pass along to the cleaning crew as well as their supervisor a very sincere Thank You for going that extra mile for us.

The best way to show 120% customer service…….stop the owner of the business at the front door and question them!!!!!!!! 
